THE MOUNTAIN VIEW CHALET

Enjoy this stunning home in the heart of Lakes Region with nearby access to Lake Winni! This Chalet style home easily sleeps 8, (3 Bedrooms, 1 of them a Loft). Cool features include, outdoor fire pit, huge wrap around deck, hot tub, views of Gunstock Mountains, and beautiful stone fireplace. This home offers all the amenities of a home to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Ideal location – Read below under neighborhood info.

The space

Outside you can create memories with a fire pit for those summer or winter s’more nights. Along with beautiful lighting, swing under the deck. Inside on the first floor you will find a small entertainment room stocked with games, foosball table, dart board, TV and sofa bed. As well as 1 bedroom, with 1 queen bed and a bunk bed, adjacent to that is a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Upstairs you can enjoy the main living room with tall chalet style windows and a stone fireplace. On this level you will also find the second bedroom with queen bed, another full bath, the kitchen with all amenities and sunroom with dining table and chairs. Step outside this main living area to deck and you will find the hot tub, chairs, and breathtaking views of Gunstock Mountain. Let’s not forget the Loft area that can be reached by the main living area. On the loft you will find 1 queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Also in the loft you will find a working desk and printer.

*Note: The house is located on the Mountain and has a short steep driveway.
*Gunstock Acres are pretty good about keeping roads clean during winter, however, please keep in mind that if booking in the winter some cars may struggle on the snowy roads.

Other things to note

**Renters must be 25 years old.**

– Seasonal Window A.C. They are usually put in a week before summer’s official date of that year.

– Charcoal Grill. Guest cleans and provides their own charcoal.

– Hot Tub size; 4 person tub

– Tv has Roku, but you will have to sign in and out of your own accounts.

– Full House Rental Guidelines will be provided after booking – via, email. Only because Airbnb doesn’t give enough “word count” to include in our description.

– 1 set of towel and wash cloth for each guest
